Heal Naturally From Asthma

Asthma is a very common chronic disease involving the respiratory system in which the airways constrict, become inflamed, and are lined with excessive amounts of mucus, often in response to one or more triggers.[1] These episodes may be triggered by such things as exposure to an environmental stimulant such as an allergen, environmental tobacco smoke, cold or warm air, perfume, pet dander, moist air, exercise or exertion, or emotional stress.

Our lungs were created for the purpose of taking in oxygen and expelling carbon dioxide. When a person has asthma, their lungs are filled with mucus. Therefore, the smart thing would be to get rid of some of the mucus. Inhalers only provide temporary relief, why not have permanent relief. Many people have gotten rid of asthma permanently. It did come with a diet and lifestyle change,
A few tips to lesson Asthma and asthma attacks.

Drink fresh alkaline water.- the water will help dissolve some of the mucus in your body. One of the reasons that the mucus build up is because the tissues need water.

Eat More alkaline foods- limit your consumption of dairy, and meat, or at least make it fresh, raw, hormone/antibiotic free dairy, and grass fed organic meat.

Exercise– Deep breathing exercises like yoga help strengthen the lungs while providing the oxygen your body needs during this time

Consume complimentary herbs - most herbs do not work without a little help. If you are taking an herb but don’t give your body the nutrients to support the herb then it will not work or it won’t work as well as it should.

Good asthma herbs include:
pulmonary, expectorant and demulcent herbs and include Mullein (leaf/flowers), Lobelia, Fenugreek, Coltsfoot, Boneset, Comfrey, Marshmallow (Althea), Licorice, Pleurisy, Slippery Elm bark, White Pine Bark, Hyssop, Eucalyptus, Yerba Santa, Elecampane, Ground Ivy, and Horehound. It's really unfortunate that your Rulers (federal government) have banned Cannabis because Cannabis is a great herb for all respiratory problems, taken in tea or tincture (liquid extract) form of course.

Essential oils are also effective for respiratory health and healing. Oils such as Eucalyptus, Pine Bark, Inula, Cajeput, Hyssop, Wintergreen, Peppermint, Spruce, White camphor, and Spearmint can be added to a diffuser or bath water. Inhaling the vaporized molecules of these oils in the air or hot water steam of a bath will dissolve hardened mucus, open nasal passages, and clear sinus and lung congestion. Some of these oils such as Eucalyptus and Peppermint can be rubbed in to the chest area (on top of a carrier oil) before bed which will greatly help to do the things mentioned above. Crystals such as Angelite, Pink Tourmaline, Aventurine, Blue Chalcedony, Emerald, Iron Pyrite, Amethyst, Peridot, Chrysocolla, Pietersite, Rose Quartz, and Prehnite help in healing all lung disorders. They can be placed directly on the Fourth Chakra (located at the thymus gland) situated between the chest area or added to drinking water.
