Would an Anti Inflammatory Diet be the cure to some of the problems that you have been experiencing? Inflammation is simple yet diverse; it is a natural reaction to injury or infection. You may think to yourself I am not injured and I am not infected. Well you may be infected and not know. How? Your diet can cause infection.
